The Maya Sayang complex features 10 private villas (8 villas of 1 bedroom, 1 villa of 2 bedrooms and 1 villa of 3 bedrooms). Each villa has been individually designed to provide accommodation that is simple, elegant yet , and refined and comfortable. The private living and dining area overlooks the garden with swimming pool and sun deck. Each bedroom has double queen size bedding which can be turned into two twin share beds and en-suite open air "Balinese style" bathroom with sunken bathtub.

Each villa has its own entrance and high walls to ensure privacy for its open air living and dining space and to enjoy the villa's private swimming pool. As well each villa has a fully functional and modern kitchenette and all the comforts of a modern home with state of the art facilities including high speed internet connection, air conditioning, well equipped bathroom, satellite TV cable.
