that we receive and our responses. If you have a question that's
not covered please, by all means, drop us a line at villa@balivilla.com

How
do I actually pay for the villa?
Payment for all villas must be made through bank transfer.
If the villa you are requesting is available, we will provide
you with our bank details (Name of bank, address and the account
number). The amount to be transferred will depend on the payment
policy for each individual villa.
Please refer to the villa webpage for more specific information.
Bank transfer fees are not included in the price of the villa.
Such fees are the responsibility of the payee.
BaliVilla.com must be in receipt of the exact amount as stated
on our invoice without any offset or deduction whatsoever.
Failure to transfer the required deposit or the remaining
balance of the total payment when due will automatically void
your reservation. Please refer to the cancellation policy
on the reservation form for each villa for more information.

Is
the Rate Quoted per Room or per villa?

about tipping the house staff? Tipping
is at your own discretion. If you are satisfied with the services

How
does the reservation system work with BaliVilla.com?
First,
after you have found a villa to your liking, click on the
reservation form. Fill in all the blank fields
and submit. BaliVilla.com reservation staff
will check with your requested villa for availability. If
villa(s) is/(are) available we will advise you, via e-mail,
that a booking has been made in your name. Likewise, if the
villa is not available we will advise you of that and suggest
alternative accommodations. All villas require a deposit to
confirm the booking (to cut down on bogus reservations).
As such in order to hold a confirm booking you will need to
transfer the required deposit within 7 days of notice of availabelities
of villa. If we do not receive your deposit within 7 days,
the reservation is canceled. Once we have the deposit we will
e-mail or fax you the villa confirmation letter.
At that time you are subject to the villa's cancellation policy.
Each villa has its own cancellation policy which is posted
on the villa's reservation form. Read this information
carefully. If you have any changes to your booking
you must advise us accordingly. We confirm all cancellations
with the villas.
|
8. |
What
is the cancellation policy? The
cancellation policy is specific to each villa and depends
on the villa owner as well as the time of year. You will be
advised of the policy when you make your inquiry.

All
rates are in US Dollars. Can you quote in Australian (or other)

the hotel that information which the hotel would normally
obtain during check-in or registration. We do not use any
